Some jewellery is made to order. The time it takes to prepare an order for shipment varies
depending on the complexity of the order. I make every effort to fulfill your orders as soon as
possible.

In Lithuania delivering is within 1-3 working days from the order fulfillment (delivery time may
be longer on holidays). After a successful order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letter.
You can pick up the goods for FREE in Vilnius. It is necessary to arrange a pick-up time in
the following ways:

Shipping to Latvia and Estonia is carried out via Omniva courier/ post locker or Lithuanian Post. Shipping
price – from €7,50.
Shipping to other European countries is carried out via Lithuanian Post. Shipping price – from
€10.
For shipping to a country outside of Europe, please contact me by e-mail before ordering .
If you prefer another shipping method or need help with your order, please contact me. I hope we can find a solution.
I will not be able to change your order after it is send.
I am not responsible for items lost or stolen by the post office/courier or for undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address or phone number.
Please let me know if you would like a specific carrier or shipping insurance that is different from what I offer.
Purchases can be returned if you contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the
product.
It is possible to return the item if it is fully packed in the original packaging, proof of purchase
is provided, the jewelry is unworn and undamaged.
Sorry, I cannot allow any exceptions to
this rule.
If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase and you have not contacted me by
e-mail at vilte.jewellery@gmail.com, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or exchange of
jewelry.
Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless we are still in the sketching
stage.
I accept cancellations. Please contact me within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time your order cannot be changed, as it’s may be already sent.
I will email you once I receive and inspect your return, a letter will be sent informing you about receiving the parcel. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If everything is fine, the funds will be returned to the account you specified
